Afghan wartime allies risked everything to stand beside U.S. troops, diplomats, and civilians. They followed the rules, entered the U.S. legally, and showed up for court when instructed.

Now, some are being detained by ICE—without warning, without cause, and without anyone by their side.

Battle Buddies is how we show up.

In partnership with Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), Battle Buddies organizes U.S. veterans and volunteers to attend immigration court hearings alongside Afghan allies. No protests. No slogans. Just peaceful, lawful presence.

Because no one who stood with us in war should stand alone in court.
