How to prepare for an ICE check-in or ISAP appointment, a USCIS interview, or an asylum office appointment, and what to bring.
If you are detained
What a final order of removal means, what happens in detention, and the steps you and your family can take right away.
A family safety plan
How to put together emergency documents, powers of attorney, and a plan so your family is ready if something happens.
Finding real help
How to find and work with a qualified immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative, and how to avoid scams.
