We are tracking reports that Afghan allies are receiving ICE “call-in letters” scheduling check-ins on Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1), as well as other check-ins between now and January 1.

If you, a family member, or someone you support has received a check-in notice during this period, please share the details using the form below. Submitting this information does not guarantee legal representation or a specific outcome, but it helps us understand the scope of what is happening and identify where legal support may be needed, including on the two holidays when access to counsel is limited.
