AfghanEvac · Report intel

Received a notice, a letter, or a visit from the U.S. government? Spotted a scam? Seeing a pattern across your cases? Share the document or tell us what is happening. It goes straight to our expert team, and what you send helps us spot problems early, warn the community, and get accurate guidance to everyone.

Who this is for

Afghan allies and families, attorneys and legal-services staff, veterans, case managers, and advocates. You do not need to be an AfghanEvac member.

What to share

USCIS, State Department, ICE, or court notices and letters. Denials, requests for evidence, COM withdrawals, FBI contact, detention, or anything that looks new or wrong.

Scams and fraud

A call, message, website, or person promising to speed up a case for money, asking for your USCIS password or original documents, or claiming to be from the government. Send a screenshot or describe what happened. We track these and warn the community.

What happens next

Our expert team reads every submission. Patterns feed our explainers, scam alerts, our Hill work, and our litigation partners. If we need more, we will reach out using the contact you give us.

Sharing will not speed up or decide your own case. Not sure where your case stands? Start with the case guide. For how to spot a scam and find real legal help, see afghanevac.org/kyr.
